About our marketplace

Boooat is a marketplace and broker that connects travelers with independent boat and yacht owners in Phuket and across Thailand. We do not own or operate the vessels listed on our website. The rental contract is entered into directly between you (the customer) and the boat owner or operator. Boooat acts only as an intermediary that helps you discover boats and forwards your enquiry to the relevant owner.

Booking requests are not confirmed bookings

When you submit a request through our website, you are asking to be put in touch with the boat owner. A request is not a confirmed reservation. Your booking is only confirmed once the owner or operator accepts it and confirms availability, pricing and terms directly with you. Prices and availability shown on our website are indicative and may change.

No online payment

We do not process payments through this website. Boooat does not collect rental fees, deposits or other payments online. Any payment arrangements are made directly between you and the boat owner or operator, according to the terms they provide.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information in your booking requests.
• Review and comply with the terms, safety rules and instructions provided by the boat owner or operator.
• Ensure that you and your party meet any age, health, safety or behavioral requirements for the trip.
• Use our website lawfully and not for any fraudulent or harmful purpose.

Limitation of liability

Because Boooat is an intermediary and not a party to the rental contract, we are not responsible for the boats, the conduct of boat owners or operators, or the delivery, quality or safety of any rental. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boooat is not liable for any loss, injury, damage or expense arising from your use of a boat or your dealings with an owner or operator. Our website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and any disputes relating to them or to your use of our website are subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
